Mr Matthieu LASSALLE

Biologist, Acció Ecologista-Agró

 

Matthieu Lassalle is a biologist specialized in nature conservation and wetlands management. He worked on various ecosystem restoration projects and he is in charge of Tancat de la Pipa Nature Reserve management in Albufera’s Nature Park in Valencia (Spain) with the ecologist NGO Acció Ecologista-Agró since 2009. He leads fauna, flora, and water quality surveys together with the two Universities of Valencia and set up projects to ensure the Nature Reserve funding.  He also has experience in environmental public awareness and carries out a large environmental education activity program for diverse population sectors. In the same way, he works as a teacher in the vocational training High School of Cheste, Valencia where he teaches environmental education.
