The World Indigenous Tourism Alliance is introducing its first time pilot project with an educative platform for travelers (Native Immersion) and a Tour Operator (Visit Natives) as a powerful shield to protect indigenous Guardians of the Earth from harmful and destructive threat from predatory tourism.

According to studies, 80 % of the Earth’s biodiversity is situated on indigenous ancestral lands. Regarding this statement and facing the challenge of climate crisis, we will share how WINTA’s research, mechanism and first promising pilot project with Native Immersion (NGO) and Visit Natives (Tour Operator) is proposing a powerful and innovative alternative to shift the paradigm, protect and support indigenous peoples at stake through conscious tourism.
